You will have 4-beds, 3-full baths plus a outdoor shower down stairs, you will love entertaining and sipping wine on 3 decks overlooking the river: one downstairs, one off the living & dining room, and a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy private river access for floating directly from our property, and an outdoor shower on the downstairs deck. You will have a King and both queen beds have a mattress topper letting you customize your sleep comfort. You can keep the topper on for a plush, cloudlike feel or you can remove the topper for a firmer mattress experience.
Inside, the high-ceiling design offers stunning river views through a wall of windows and doors. The kitchen boasts a huge quartz waterfall island, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling cabinets. The dining room overlooks the river with beautiful chandeliers and a table seating 6.
The spacious living room has large picture windows, a Smart TV, and access to the large deck with seating and lounging areas. A full luxury bath with a standing shower, custom vanity, and smart mirror is on this level.
